Appointments for in-office care are made Monday through Thursday from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. Friday from 8:30a.m. to 12:30 p.m. If you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance in the event another patient needs to be seen.
Please note that beginning 5/1/15, there is a fee of $50 for failure to cancel appointments within 48 hours.

Same day appointments can be arranged if an emergency arises.
If you do not receive a call back within 15 minutes, please call back.
